FEE FOR SERVICE AGREEMENT
728 NETWORK MEMBERSHIP

 This Fee for Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Jensen Business Advisory, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its principal place of business located at 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 430, Clearwater, FL 33755 (“Company”), and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement electronically (“Client”).

By electronically signing, accepting, or otherwise acknowledging this Agreement, Client agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. Services Provided

Company provides Client access to the 728 Network, a private business growth advisory membership (“Services”), which includes:

  • Access to all Jensen Business Advisory Business Growth Courses

  • Weekly implementation-focused group coaching calls

  • Admission to live quarterly workshops and masterminds

  • Full access to the 728 Network private member community

  • Eligibility for early-release offers and member-only opportunities

  • Priority seating and registration for Company-hosted events, where applicable

  1. Term of Agreement

This Agreement begins on the date Client is granted access and continues for an initial twelve (12) month term. Upon expiration, the Agreement automatically renews for successive twelve (12) month periods unless cancelled in accordance with Company policy.

  1. Fees and Payment Terms

Annual Membership: $8,008 paid in full

Monthly Subscription: $728 per month

Client authorizes automatic billing to the payment method on file.

  1. Auto-Renewal

Client expressly authorizes automatic renewal and billing unless cancelled prior to renewal.

  1. No Refund Policy

All fees paid are final and non-refundable.

  1. Client Responsibility

Client retains full responsibility for all business decisions and outcomes.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.

  1. Confidentiality

Client agrees to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and member information.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the exclusive property of Jensen Business Advisory, LLC.

  1. Member Conduct

Company reserves the right to revoke access for misconduct without refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Company’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  1. Electronic Acceptance

Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
